| Axxes Project Concept The Axxes 51-003 Business Park consists of a number of office buildings, implanted in park-type surroundings. The buildings radiate a high-tech atmosphere. Grey and blue are dominant in their colour scheme. The Axxes 51-003 Business Park is subdivided into 3 phases: |

- Phase 1 consists of 7 similarly shaped buildings, which lie in a large water garden, like ships anchored in a harbour. A wide floating bridge connects all of the buildings. In combination with the emergency staircases, this evacuation system makes for an architecture that inspires trust and vision. - Phase 2 consists of 3 L-shaped buildings and 1 rectangular shaped building, each connected to 2 underground parking levels that provide the user with the necessary parking spaces . Between this combination of buildings, large patio's will be created. - Phase 3 consists of a detached building, with a spectacular façade and topline. |

By their concept and placing these office buildings look out over a water garden and a green plane tree drive, thus creating a pleasant working atmosphere. The completed offices come equipped with cutting edge technology. In other words: we build offices adapted to the requirements of the future. Between the E40 motorway and the plane tree drive (i.e. out of view), there will be ample parking space in a three-layer construction, so as to obtain ratio of one parking space per 35 m² of gross office surface. |
