Ghent lies at the junction of two of Europe's main motorways, the E40 and the E17, which respectively form of the link between London and Middle- and Eastern Europe, on the one hand, and Copenhagen and Lisbon, or northern and southern Europe, on the other hand. Ghent is therefore one of the most centrally located cities of our continent.

In Belgium, the centre of economic activity can be found within the triangle formed by the cities of Brussels, Ghent, and Antwerp. Add its seaport and Ghent truly comes to the fore as a city with a global perspective.

The office project will be implemented on a terrain adjacent to and visible from the E40 motorway (Brussels - Ostend).

The site lies in the angle formed by the Hundelgemsesteenweg and the Guldensporenlaan in Merelbeke. The Hundelgemsesteenweg links the centre of Merelbeke with the city centre of Ghent, while the Guldensporenlaan gives immediate access to the approaches and exits of the E40. With access to the R4 ring road only 50 meters away, the offices gain optimal accessibility.
